I absolutely loved every moment of reading this book. It was so unique and like nothing I have ever read before.
This was the first book by Catherine Ryan Howard I have read and it won't be the last. I loved her style of writing, how she builds up the story without giving too much away, and also how she introduces the characters. I really felt like I knew them so well, especially Jim.
As this is a book inside a book it was very different for me. I have never read a book in this style so it took me a while to get used to it and to understand what perspective it was in, but once I did I could not put the book down.
I haven't read a thriller this good in a long time. It is not predictable at all and there are many twists and turns throughout. I would 100000% recommend this to fans of thrillers or crime novels!
