The cover is well done, you can tell the type of novel just by glancing at it, it then goes on to produce one of the best first impressions I think I've read. It opened with an action packed dynamic start before getting into the detailed nitty-gritty of a spy novel.

Secret black-ops, covert agencies working through the underground, what's not to love here?

The author seems to write in a really engaging way and has the right level of details already to set the scene for a modern spy thriller.

Throw into the mix covert ops, assassinations and traitors, plus the idea the government doesn't run the country and I'd challenge anyone not to have both enjoyed and gotten completely hooked by this intro.

Nice length too, enough to grasp the general themes and ideas but still left wanting much more!
