Set in england, this story follows a mother with an unusual job, I did not expect to enjoy this book, yet once I picked it up I just couldn’t put it down.
The unusual plot is addicting and really allows the reader to imagine the characters appearance, thoughts and mannerism.
I had no intentions of reading this book when I first saw it, but a family friend had a copy lying around so I thought I would give it a chance, after 2 chapters I was completely and utterly hooked.
The characters in this book are so vivid and very unique, this adding to the complexity and power of this novel.
I severely recommend this novel to all people out there as this book is amazing and is now one of my favourite books I’ve read this year.
