Lex is many things... a mother... a wife.... and a top-secret agent! I love the explosive beginning, straight away we can see how she struggles to juggle the two sides of her life, when she accidentally answers a phone call from her husband whilst shes in a high-speed chase. He wants to know if she can pick up the dry cleaning... she's a bit busy at the minute mate!
This book is written in a chatty way, making it an easy read, and is peppered with dark humour and sarcasm! I haven't quite finished this book so can't really comment on the book as a whole package, but so far it's working up to be a great read. This isn't a book I'd usually lean towards so I'm grateful to be trying out a new genre!
