Well, I totally enjoyed this book, right from the outset.
It had an action packed storyline that kept me gripped throughout the book.
What is not to love about a female James Bond type as the main character, who is a working mum to boot. I genuinely loved the fact that this had laugh out loud mummy moments in it, and along side family life Lex deals with the spy thriller aspect of her job.
I hadn't realised that this was book no. 2 in a series, but I can honestly say this didn't make any difference to my enjoyment, having not read book no. 1. I would now like to read this too.
I would definitely recommend this book to family, friends and acquaintances as a book to read.
