I enjoyed this sequel to Killing It every bit as much as the original.
I am told that I had a smile on my face almost all the time I was reading it.
The plot is so original and clever. Lexi is trying to balance the demands of a working mother of a two year old starting nursery with the pressures of being a secret agent and assassin for MI6. Even her husband Will doesn't know what his wife's job entails and cannot understand why she cannot manage simple errands like a trip to the dry cleaners. This inevitably leads to marital disharmony.
The contrast between the demands of looking after her child and saving the world are very amusing and sometimes they even collide!
There are a lot of characters in this story and some have code names which made it hard for me to remember who they all were and which children belonged to which agent etc but it didn't really matter or affect my enjoyment of this book.
