I didn't get into this first look at all as I couldn't connect with Augusta. I found the plot to be a little meandering, and without any idea of where things are going I don't really have an interest to read on.
This book is being described as the next Eleanor Oliphant, and I can see the correlation between the main character Augusta and Eleanor. It is well written and flows very well, so I'm sure it will have an audience.
