I quite like the cover. I like covers with not too much fuss and stand out. It is nicely covered and I would likely pick it up in a shop to read the blurb.
The blurb didn’t draw me is massively but I read the first look anyway. I found myself skimming and not really overly interested. It is not that it is badly written at all. It just isn’t my cup of tea. I imagine this will be a popular book though and likely well received, just not by me.
