I really enjoyed the start of Augusta's story. I did wonder if all the exposition about Burundi was necessary but then we meet Parfait and the point of this information becomes obvious. I have to admit I'm not too sure about Parfait, at present he just feels like a distraction from Augusta and I am loving this precocious little girl.
