What drew me in first of all with this book was the cover, I thought it was very aesthetically pleasing and eye-catching. I read the first impression and wanted to know more about Augusta straight away! The paperback cover is quite the opposite of this beautiful edition.
This was a fascinating and beautiful story from the beginning to the end. First of all I noticed the fantastically elaborate vocabulary that the author and characters used. As a lover of words this was spellbinding!
I adored every character, I didn't realise at all that this book would be told from two perspectives so that was a rather wonderful surprise.
I would most definitely recommend this book to majority of the book lovers I know.
