I wasn't sure what I was expecting from this novel to be honest. I thought it looked like the usual thriller but the more I read in the first few chapters I started to think it was a bit spooky. Rob is creepy to begin with even before she thinks he has been replaced with his doppelganger and his obsession with technology gave me sci-fi vibes. I'm not sure the first look really gave me enough of a taste to want to read the entire thing.
