This reminds me of a series that was on Netflix a few months ago called Secret Obsession in which a woman was involved in a serious accident but has no memory of it. An imposter pretends to be her husband but she soon discovered the truth. If this book is anything like that I would want to read it. It follows a very similar pattern and I’m intrigued.
