An exceptional read.
Gripping from the get go.
I was intrigued having read the extract, and I have to say it didn’t disappoint.
Each page brought more tension, confusion and excitement.
The characters were relatable, and I loved how each turn of the story allowed us to delve a little deeper into the characters backgrounds and psyche.
The descriptive dialogue was exceptional, the author really allowed the reader to their world. With an intricate way of allowing us to visualise the settings.
The length of the book was just right, I personally found it an absorbing read as the chapters are quite short, some just a couple of pages - which in my case meant the old adage of ‘just one more chapter’ meant a actually a few more chapters!!!!
