Although I must admit the initial chapters didn't move as quick as I'd have liked it, the eerie elements did catch my attention. I really like the sinister build up with the mentions of doubles and Kate's suspicions, i would've liked there to have been more about her condition and her ability to recognise faces.
However, I have only read the first couple of chapters and it would be interesting to see how well the author builds this ominous aspect to the novel further and how the plot develops. It would also be intriguing to get a further insight into Kate's past as I'm still trying to get to know her character a bit more.
