This was a really fast paced book despite being 490 pages! I felt like the time flew by and I was eager to know what was happening. I enjoyed it so much that I read the whole thing in one day.
It had me guessing right till the end. The short, sharp chapters meant that as soon as I formed one idea it was turned on its head.
I thought the use of a potential medical issue as a way of explanation was a great idea and really had you questioning if it was all in Kate's head.
There were also some side stories which added to the build up but that you could work out which I liked as it meant that I didn't feel completely daft for not working out the ending!
The only thing I would have liked to have seen was more of introduction to the characters start, Kate's job as a super recogniser sounded really interesting and the relationship with the police for and her former partner left me wanting to know more.
