From the very beginning of this book, I was unsure how it would pan out. The writer leads from a strong direction: a clear thriller that holds your attention...

I wasn’t convinced by the ‘super recognisers’ and I was left confused at the end of this book. It wasn’t conclusive enough and I didn’t understand how the ends were tied up and figured out,

When it came down to it, the ending, I feel I remained two steps behind.

There was a compelling detail regarding malevolent ‘human brain imaging in a farm environment.’ I wish this would have been developed on further.

For a book over 400 pages, nearly 500, it wasn’t the best. It may not have gone off topic and, it may have got my attention, but it still feels a little lacking. The ending just wasn’t the best. It was too tidy and I was a little confused...

It held my interest and I did want to figure out the main plot... It took a long time to get there. Ending parts were a little random...
