This book starts well with a small air of mystery. The title and book cover suggests that something is amiss with Rob and Kate. This makes the reader look out for key signs of this from the start. It is well written and doesn’t give too much away too soon. Initially, the first couple of chapters seem like a love story, but you know as the reader that there will be an interesting twist.
The cover is well chosen to enhance the mystery and feeling of uncertainty. In general, a good start and should be a good read. I would encourage anyone into mystery, murder mystery or love stories to give this book a try. I would have given 5 stars, but I don’t read that much murder mystery or mystery to compare.
