Bring on a plague of deceit, doubt, and Doppelgangers to strike fear into the heart of those standing in its path. Ohhh yes, "The Other You" straps paranoia to your back and will have you looking over your shoulder - ALL the way.

To put it simply this is one hell of an edgy, page-flipping addiction, which yields unexpected results. The plot comprises of several hands, all magnificently played. And its effect? A severe case of double-trouble.

It explores the development of facial recognition software for identification of criminals, people vs machines, and trusting your own instincts. But none of that far-reaching techy stuff is involved. It’s very, very readable and, more importantly, believable.

So next time, if your nearest and dearest are a little off you may consider that’s because they’re just not feeling themselves, or perhaps they’re actually not themselves.

A 100% attention holder that’s totally recommended. (Loved it - even more than the first impression!)
