I think this book has been written in an interesting way, it's in the 3rd person and hops around in time. This helps you get to know the characters a little better. Isla is an instantly likeable character and Freya is charming, but also a little sinister.
The cover for this book makes it look like a chick-lit novel, but the writing is definitely more crime with a lot of suspense!
