Intriguing plot but chapters jump around too much
The premise really intrigued me and the first few chapters did draw me in to the plot - what was the prank? How did it end in murder? How does Freya know the victim?
But the style wasn't for me - the chapters jump around between people and go back and forth in time in a way that I couldn't follow, so it didn't feel very smooth for me. I get the effect the writer was going for, giving you pieces of the story as clues leading up to the murder, but it didn't work for me personally.
