The books cover and blurb intrigued me and I was looking forward to a good crime thriller. The begining lived up to expectations, but then a couple of other characters were introduced and it all started to feel a bit disjointed.
I struggled to fully engage with the characters when the narrative started jumping about in different time periods. I would be keen to read more though, so undecided overall.
