The story follows the story of a young woman Freya, a computer wizz, as she starts out at an incredible tech firm in silicon valley. One woman in the office gives her a pretty hard time and then turns up dead. The book jumps in time and the story is gradually pieced together. Meanwhile, we see Isla a reporter, trying to help uncover the truth of the case with the help of her detective friends.
The story was gripping without and I never guessed what was coming until I got to the epilogue. A lovely easy read that would be perfect to read anywhere. Very cleverly written and the style really added to the book. I would recommend this to a friend and will be passing this book on to others so they can enjoy it too.
