This book is a real page turner. There are lots of feminist themes throughout the story and it's a good look at how women are treated in the workplace. I was really gripped and raced through this book. There are a lot of revelations and twists and turns as you read. I like that it's written from both Freya and Isla's perspective and jumps back and forward in time which keeps it really interesting. There is a great twist at the end. If I have 1 criticism it's that there was maybe a bit too much going on and it didn't all really tie together at the end. I loved the theme of looking at how female victims of crime are often blamed or assumed to be 'asking for it' in some way and also the difficulties in reporting crimes and being taken seriously. Overall a really enjoyable read.
