The pact sounded like an interesting read after reading the blurb and the type of novel I like with mystery and knowing the end scenario and then finding out how everyone found themselves in the situation they were in.
The writing style is really great with going in between different times in the book from before the murder, after the murder and the night of. The style really works for the novel and isn’t confusing or hard to follow.
The main character Freya is very likeable and I feel as we get to know her back story it will only lead to liking her more and why the job opportunity meant so much to her.
In my opinion this looks like a great read that will leave you guessing until the end!
