I read this book within a day of starting it. I found that I couldn’t put the book down. A young girl who had a terrible childhood, works hard to achieve her dream job but then things aren’t what they seem. I felt sorry for the young girl from the beginning. I began to think, I did that when I was young too. You all learn from your mistakes. You want the girl to be happy and have the perfect life. The ending however was such a twist that I didn’t even see it coming. It made me turn back a few chapters to see how I missed it. It’s a great read and definitely a nail biter in places. The book gives women power, a sense of belonging, don’t be afraid to speak out and that money can’t buy you anything. I’ve already ordered Amy Heydenrych other book.
