I like the way the author decided to tell this story but it didn't work really well for me. Some of the situations seemed to obvious and I could predicted most of all the big things that happened on the book. And look I'm not a huge thriller reader so that's something. I couldn't connect with any of the characters and honestly I didn't care for any of them.
I must say that the audiobook was what got me into reading it (i read the book way after the publication date). It wasn't a total waste, I liked the writing style and some of the plot twists but that's pretty much it. Most of the problems could've been solved if only the characters talked about it.
I will definitely read more books from this author. Oh, it's one of those books you can easily read in 24h, it's perfect for readathons and such. The chapters are short and again, the writing style is quite good.
