I remember reading this at the beginning of the year, so I do not know why I am only now reviewing it. This is the second book of Megan Miranda's that I have read and I am absolutely in love. I will admit, this book is nothing like I thought it was going to be but that doesn't mean that I don't love it. I think the way it ended was unusual as I don't recall reading a book with such an open ending, where something is both resolved and not resolved at the same time. I liked how the story of Leah and Emmy was, in my eyes, never truly resolved as they just parted ways at the end of the book.
This book is what got me out of a hard reading slump and I can't wait to read more by Megan Miranda in the future, I have my eye on pretty much all of her books.
