I really loved this book. I haven't read the first in the series but I was immediately drawn to the heroine Sophie - a journalist with a history. She is well described and although her backstory is referred, the reader does not feel they are missing out by not knowing more.
The cover is intriguing & would have made me pick up the book & the 'blurb' would also have meant I would probably buy it.
