I liked the cover, thought it was eye catching but did not give anything away. I thoroughly enjoyed the excerpt and was pleased to find that although based in Victorian times it was not oldy worldly which would have put me off.
I am intrigued to read the rest to discover if the characters implied personalities remain as they are or do they become something different - a twist in the story perhaps. I tend not to read the blurb so look forward to finding out where this story goes.
