As a woman reading this in the 21st century, I find it hard to believe that women put up with men treating them this way! I was feeling angry for the wife! How dare her husband speak to her like that! I wouldn't normally read something from this genre but I found myself speeding through the first look, thirsty for more. I definitely want to see how Rebecca deals with her husbands infidelity and how the story ends.
