My first impression of The Pharmacist's wife, is that of a whirl wind adventure of mistrust and adultery and drug addiction. I feel like we would be taken down a route between husband and wife which would hold many moments of, this is wrong, he shouldn't be doing that. And at the same time of, this is how things were done back in the Victorian ages.
