The cover of this book is beautiful and totally attracted me to it. The vibrant blue draws the eye from anywhere. The blurb seemed interesting so I was excited to read on. The book lived up to my hopes and is really well written. The story is dark an twisted and slightly saucy and is an easy read. The female characters are strong and good role models in their fight.
The Victorian’s are written in well and the whole story is a well told tale. The books is a good read but lacks substance at times. The cover makes up for it and it’s on my books shelf for its beauty and that is where o imagine it will stay. Worth a read if you like historical fiction but not one for everyone. Easy but nice to read
