This is the second book about Nolan,Ken,Molly and Pierre who all work together on a YouTube programme called The Anomaly Files.
It starts off with them trying to sell the story of their last adventure but really it wasn’t going well, sold one copy and even that was returned.
Nolan decided the next place to go was Birchlake in Northern California, there were walls there that were just in the middle of the woods with no reason, these walls were also in other parts of the world.
What Nolan didn’t tell the others was that his ex wife Kristy,a journalist, would also be there looking into the disappearance of a young girl that had set memories off in Kristy’s mind.
The first half of the book I really enjoyed, just kept wanting to read the next chapter and then the next chapter, strange things were going on and it gave an edge of fear and paranormal.
The second part of it I found quite heavy and got quite lost at times and kept having to reread pages to try to catch up but maybe that’s just me wanting to make sure I had the right idea of what was happening.
If you enjoy books with paranormal and ideas that get you really working to find out what is happening then you will really enjoy this one.
