At first, I really couldn't put this book down. I was absolutely hooked, it was spooky, and definitely made me uncomfortable in my own house more than once! However, the further it went on, the more damn complicated it got! And the more complicated it got, the harder I found it was to read. I'd end up reading chapters again just to try and make sense of the actual story line. It sort of took a spin into something incredibly unrealistic, and I couldn't find a way to make the plot work in my head. Now that may just be me being stupid and not understanding it. But after finishing this book, I genuinely dont have a clue what I've just read?! That being said, I'll put it on the bookshelf and in a few years I'll give it another go, maybe I'll 'get it' more then. Disappointed as this book looked so promising
