Prior to this book I had never heard of the author Michael Rutger. Sadly as I was reading this I found it rather creepy and it did freak me out.
I wasn’t aware that this was part of a duo. But saying that I didn’t feel like I missed anything by not reading the first book. This works as a stand alone book.
Sadly this book was not for me.
For me it was the topic rather than the writing that I didn’t care fore, the writing style worked well and it is well written. I had this feeling of loss within the book, it was a little jumpy. From one topic to another. Scientific then super natural.
If there is anymore to go with the series I shall not be getting the next instalment.
