Nolan and his The Anomaly Files (YouTube channel) team end up in a creepy and quiet town investigating some random walls. They don't seem to have an explanation and Nolan has the intention of solving this mystery. However, he soon gets into a bigger mystery - a case of a missing girl.

This book went in a direction I did not suspect, and there was a lot of suspense and atmosphere in the right places. There was some scary bits in - although it didn't terrify me that much. (If i wake up screaming tonight, I'll let you know). The first half was really good, if a little bit of a slow burner. The ending... went from confusing, to alright, to non-sensical again. I know this is the second book in the series but im not sure if this book has any story-driven ties to the first one or if its just character development between the two.
I feel the story could of gone in a different direction for more impact. Overall, not too bad of a book, but not one of my highest rated.
