First Impressions of this Book
I really fancy reading this book..My first impressions are that its just my cup of tea. I live a few miles from the sea where we are fortunate to have a punch and Judy show throughout the summer months, so I feel I can relate to a story that is woven around this theme.
The picture on the front of the book gives me the impression too that I would really enjoy it.
It also looks to be of a manageable length to read without getting the feeling of it going on and on which some books do.
It seems to be set in 1925, a time period that I find fascinating. I always try to put my own family, the ones I never knew into my imagination and think what must it have been like to have lived in this era as its such an interesting part of all our history.
