When I read the synopsis it put me in mind of The Power by Naomi Alderman , perhaps this is similar, perhaps not, it is hard to tell. Unfortunately I was not impressed by this “ sneak peek” . It was far too heavy handed and a trifle overwritten. In effect it was saying “ all men are bad “ which made for uncomfortable reading . Perhaps it’s an age thing but this is not for me.
