I thought that the opening of this book was well written and engaging - I like the kind of flashback to 2015 and the idea for the book is definitely intriguing. I definitely like the feminist slant. However, it sadly isn't my genre and I struggle to engage with speculative fiction - not that my preference should put anyone else off!
