I’m a huge fan of dystopian books and this book perfectly created that dystopian world for the readers! It’s a book about the reversal of gender roles meaning females are more prominent in society. The cover is gorgeous and it immediately compelled me into reading it. The book, for me, started off slow but by the middle I was very entertained and interested in the characters lives. I was worried I wouldn’t like it since it was different from my usual reads however, after the beginning I fell easily into the world of the book and couldn’t put it down. This type of book isn’t for everyone but I wouldn’t recommend judging it by the blurb alone because it was a beautiful surprise ! 100% recommend and thank the author for my arc. It was so different and new and I’ve never seen anything else like this book. It was a unique turn on life and I enjoyed the whole female empowerment.
