I can tell straight away this isn't for me by the use of 'This years Eleanor Oliphant' as a supposed selling point......I LOATHED that book so anything that draws comparisons with it is off to a bad start with me.
The cover puts me off too....whimsical and bright and similar to so many other books in the 'feel-good/uplifting' category.
The premise and first look don't do anything to draw me in either, I'm afraid...I'm just not a fan of this sort of thing although it has a huge market and will probably do well for some inexplicable to me reason.
