I am not sure on this one, it's not something I would usually pick up, however having read the first few chapters I am surprised as to how easily it was to enjoy.
The two female lead characters are strong and seem to have their own personal struggles and I am sure they will be developed throughout the book. Nova seems like a very sensible girl with a likeable character sense of fun, Kate seems to have something to worry about and on a mission to work it out.
I found the story descriptiv, although and not sure where the 'love story' in so presume that is further in. Makes you think, if you lost one of the senses how would you cope, also if you have the opportunity to gain it back would you?? It's not just a case of doing it but all the decisions that go with it.
I am sure that this book has a lot more hidden within its covers.
