Two characters with completely different circles collide spectacularly and generate a twist and turn love story. Kate and Nova are two characters you would love to know in real life, their lives wonderfully imagined by the author and developed so richly you can almost feel them. Both blind in their own ways, through teaching each other to see again they discover their own weaknesses, strengths, flaws and powers. The only thing I could have wanted more of would be more depth to the secondary characters as these play an integral role in the story but are, in places, skimmed over. But this doesn’t detract from a wonderful tale that had me both laughing and crying in equal measure. A delicious read for anyone!
