When I first saw 'The rules of seeing' I really liked the cover, and the bold simplicity, it caught my eye and made it stand out from the other books, then upon finding out what this book was about, I thought it might be a good and perhaps interesting read. Unfortantly though I could not get into it, the idea of someone being born blind and then one day gaining sight really intrigued me but I just couldn't seem to get into this book and i didnt really know what was happening. After reading a few other reviews I see many people enjoyed it, so maybe this was just not a book for me. I did really like the cover and the promise. I'm not sure whether or not I would recommend ' The rules of seeing' to a friend.
