The premise of this book concerns a woman named Nova, who has gone her entire life without seeing a single thing; she's blind. Except now she's going to undergo a procedure which would allow her to see for the first time - although she's apprehensive about it.
I thought this book was a really insightful one considering how the author wrote about blindness and her main character learning to cope with the difficulties and realities of suddenly being able to see and coming to terms with the world around her. On top of this the main character is super likeable and her storyline is easy to follow.
I went into this book not really expecting much but I definitely underestimated it because I absolutely loved it!
