This is a truly lovely book from the bright cover through to the story, I have really enjoyed it.
There are two main characters, Nova who had been born blind but she didn’t let that stop her doing the things she wanted to do.
Her brother though wanted other things for her, he had read about an operation that would give her sight, this would probably have been pretty scary, going from a world of darkness into a world of so many colours, imagine walking and seeing cars etc for the first time.
Then there is Kate who is in an abusive relationship but she is trying to normalise it and not make it sound like her husband is doing anything wrong.
Luna and Kate meet up while in hospital and become friends, they help each other through what is happening in their lives
This book will make you feel so much for the two as you are hoping that things are going to turn out good for them both.
