This wouldn’t be a book that I would usually pick up from my local book store and library. It’s not my type of thing. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I enjoyed the authors writing style; the characters seem well developed with a good plot.
I wasn’t too sure on the pace of the book and might have liked it to be a bit quicker in some places. It seemed to drag at times.
I’m pleased though that I did give this book and chance and saw it through to the end. The author has lots of promise and I would consider reading another book of there’s if I get the chance.
The artwork is good; I think it’s one that would stand out on a book shop shelf. One to watch I think and glad I read it.
