An amazing story! Quite unlike ones i’ve read previously!,Sandra and linda are both such interesting characters !,The author really makes me feel like i’m living in essex in 1964 !!Its a story full of friendship,love ,hate and passion and mystery !Its also a story of discovery and realisation!!Ive always had an interest in the 1960s and this book really tapped into that.I think when the book starts the girls don’t know much and are still so happy about everything in the world ,It’s full of excitement and opportunity but they grow to learn quite a different truth!It really makes you want to push for the girls to get what’s best for them !! I would recommend this book to a friend!I would rate this book a 8.7/10 ! I would re read this book as i feel the character development,imagery and plot lines are well constructed
