*Sighs* Unfortunately this book was not for me. I actually DNFed it which hardly ever happens. I had really high expectations for this book when I read the first look and the synopsis but this book really didn't live up to my expectations.
I had a real problem with Skye's narrative right from the getgo, if the book was written like the prologue I don't think I would have had so much of an issue. I thought she was an okay character and I did sympathise with her a lot BUT I just think her narrative was annoying. Also, I didn't like how certain themes were dealt with in the book, I felt like they were just being passed over and I don't know I just got a negative vibe. Certain descriptions of the characters were way off and just irked me and the writing along with the narrative wasn't that great.
