This book takes a very unique and original idea, taking a new twist on a dystopia. From reading the blurb I thought it would be like a another boring story about an apocalypse however this sorry used time travel and cliques to make it a new unique appocplayse story. The 2 main characters have a close relationship which helps us see how important they are to one another so when we hear news of an apocolspse and seeing the teenagers spilt up it makes us feel for them. The use of cliques and the setting of New York plays a very vital role in this storty. It is important it is in New York as it allows the cliques story to seem realistic. This apoltaliptic story hits the mark with the time travel.
